On February 4-5, 2025, Santiago de Compostela hosted the final National Hubs Forum of the conect4children (c4c) project, marking the culmination of years of collaboration in advancing pediatric clinical trials across Europe.

Bringing together experts, researchers, and representatives from all National Hubs, the event served as a platform to reflect on achievements, discuss key learnings, and shape the future of pediatric research networks. Sessions covered critical topics such as site standards, interoperability with North America, financial sustainability, and the transition beyond c4c.

Held at the historic Hotel Palacio del Carmen, the forum also provided space for networking, culminating in a special visit to the iconic Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela.

As the c4c project nears completion, this event reinforced the importance of continued cooperation in pediatric research, ensuring that the progress made over the years translates into sustainable solutions for the future.
