Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital (OPBG) is the largest Hospital and Institute for Treatment and Research in Europe. All pediatric specialties are represented, distributed within the 5 venues of the Hospital.
Meeting the International standards of excellence in the welcome and quality of care, in 2006 the Hospital was accredited by Joint Commission International.
Since 2015, Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital has been accredited by JCI as “Academic Hospital”, after the evaluation of the quality of training and clinical research, meeting the management and administrative requirements.
The Hospital is the headquarter of the Residency Schools of Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery of the University of Rome Tor Vergata and of the Post Graduate School of Pediatrics, which provides training courses such as Masters and Advanced Courses of high professional qualification.
